जेल में मिलने वाली सुविधाएं
जेलों का प्रबंधन और प्रशासन जेल मैनुअल के मुताबिक होता है. सभी अंडरट्रायल्स (UT) या दोषसिद्ध कैदियों के कुछ अधिकार होते हैं. उनको मिलने वाली कुछ सुविधाएं और अधिकार इस प्रकार हैं:
1. समय से भोजन: नाश्ता, लंच, डिनर
2. पर्याप्त चिकित्सा सुविधाएं
3. अपने किसी तय परिजन के साथ हर दिन पांच मिनट तक फोन पर बातचीत
4. हफ्ते में दो बार परिजनों से मुलाकात
5. वकीलों से मुलाकात
6. मुफ्त कानूनी सलाह
7. वकील/किसी परिजन के साथ वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग
FACILITIES IN JAIL
Jail is managed and administered as per jail manual. The Undertrials (UT) and Convicts have certain rights. Some of these facilities are:
1. Timely food: breakfast, lunch and dinner
2. Adequate Medical facility
3. Daily Five minutes phone call to identified family member
4. Meeting family members twice a week
5. Meeting with lawyers
6. Free of cost legal help
7. Video Conferencing with lawyer/family member
